16 Aug DEAD LIFT TO ROW

A free weights and total body exercise targeting the hamstrings, the lats, middle back, lower back, glutes and hip flexors.
Step 1: Keep your knees soft and back flat, while you bend forward.
Step 2: Stand tall as you row the dumbbell up toward your chest.
Step 3: Dead lift back to the start position. Do two sets of 10 – 15 reps.
