01 Sep JUMP SQUATS
Plyometric exercise that tone glutes and thighs fast.
Step 1: Feet about hip-width apart. Put all your weight on your heels. The lower you go, the higher that butt will stick.
Step 2: Take it to about 90 degrees, exhale, push and squeeze. Come over those heels, firm that muscle up.
Step 3: Jump as hard as you can, going back to start position. Do 10 – 15 reps.
