Step 1: Grab a pair of weights to your desired weight. Hold them shoulder length apart. Go back, pushup position. Pushup first. All the way up and down.
Step 2: Then row. One arm up, then down. One arm up, then down.
Step 3: Push up, row, row. Weight can shift slightly to the side. That’s going to be the pivot.
